E-learning dalam pendidikan sistem informasi: systematic literature review tentang keterlibatan mahasiswa dan hasil belajar (2020–2025)

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan tinggi telah mendorong adopsi e-learning secara masif, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan sistem informasi (IS). Meski demikian, pemahaman mendalam tentang bagaimana e-learning memengaruhi student engagement dan learning outcomes dalam konteks IS educationkhususnya di negara berkembang seperti Indonesiamasih sangat terbatas dalam literatur akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mensintesis bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh e-learning terhadap keterlibatan mahasiswa dan capaian pembelajaran dalam pendidikan sistem informasi, termasuk faktor moderasi dan implikasinya bagi TVET. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA dilakukan terhadap 45 artikel terpilih dari Scopus, Web of Science, dan Google Scholar (2020–2025). Analisis tematik dilakukan menggunakan Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool (MMAT). Temuan mengidentifikasi enam tema utama: (1) pengaruh positif e-learning terhadap behavioral dan cognitive engagement; (2) peningkatan learning outcomes pada pembelajaran berbasis LMS; (3) peran kritis desain instruksional dan kualitas platform; (4) interaksi dosen-mahasiswa sebagai moderator terkuat; (5) tantangan implementasi di negara berkembang; dan (6) keterbatasan penelitian khusus TVET dalam bidang IS. E-learning secara konsisten mendukung engagement dan outcomes mahasiswa IS apabila disertai desain instruksional berkualitas dan dukungan institusional yang memadai. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam pengembangan kerangka e-learning kontekstual untuk TVET bidang IS, sekaligus mengidentifikasi gap penelitian yang perlu diprioritaskan.
