Kompetensi digital guru vokasional dan TVET: analisis bibliometrik tren penelitian, pola kolaborasi, dan agenda riset global (2021-2025)

Abstract
Kompetensi digital guru vokasional menjadi salah satu determinan kritis dalam transformasi pendidikan teknis dan kejuruan (TVET) di era industri 4.0. Penelitian ini menyajikan analisis bibliometrik terhadap 29 artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2021-2025 dan terindeks Scopus, dengan fokus pada pola perkembangan kompetensi digital guru dalam konteks pendidikan vokasi dan TVET. Menggunakan VOSviewer sebagai perangkat analisis jaringan dan co-occurrence kata kunci, studi ini mengidentifikasi struktur intelektual, kluster tematik, dan evolusi topik penelitian di bidang ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia merupakan negara paling produktif dengan 8 publikasi, diikuti Kazakhstan, China, dan Malaysia. Kluster tematik utama meliputi: (1) kompetensi digital dan penerimaan teknologi, (2) pembelajaran berbasis e-learning dan alat digital, (3) kompetensi digital dan TVET, serta (4) TPACK dan literasi digital. Kata kunci "vocational education" mendominasi jaringan ko-kemunculan dengan frekuensi tertinggi. Tema berkembang mencakup TPACK, digital literacy, dan technology integration yang menunjukkan pergeseran fokus ke arah pedagogi berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kesenjangan signifikan, yakni minimnya studi longitudinal, kurangnya instrumen asesmen yang terstandarisasi, dan keterbatasan penelitian dari negara berkembang di luar Indonesia. Temuan ini memberikan peta jalan bagi peneliti, pengembang kurikulum, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam mengintegrasikan kompetensi digital ke dalam program pendidikan guru vokasional secara sistematis.
