Analisis Bibliometrik Integrasi IoT dalam Laboratorium Virtual Teknik: Tren Global dan Kesenjangan Penelitian 2020–2025

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan teknik mendorong integrasi Internet of Things (IoT) ke dalam laboratorium virtual sebagai alternatif praktikum yang fleksibel, efisien, dan kontekstual dengan tuntutan industri 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan tren, pola kolaborasi, dan evolusi tematik riset mengenai IoT dalam laboratorium virtual pendidikan teknik melalui analisis bibliometrik berbasis database Scopus periode 2020–2025. Menggunakan strategi pencarian Boolean pada field Title-Abstract-Keywords, diperoleh 69 dokumen final (20 artikel jurnal dan 49 prosiding konferensi) yang dianalisis menggunakan VOSviewer dan Bibliometrix/Biblioshiny. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa publikasi bersifat fluktuatif dengan puncak pada 2021 (n=16) dan pertumbuhan kembali meningkat pada 2023 2025. Italia, India, Ukraina, dan Spanyol mendominasi produksi pengetahuan, sementara Indonesia muncul sebagai kontributor ASEAN dengan 5 dokumen namun tingkat sitasi yang masih sangat rendah. Analisis ko-kemunculan kata kunci mengidentifikasi tiga kluster tematik utama: infrastruktur IoT dan lab virtual, pedagogi e-learning berbasis teknologi, serta teknologi imersif (VR/AR). Mayoritas penelitian didominasi prosiding konferensi (71%) dan belum cukup merepresentasikan konteks TVET di negara berkembang. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi peluang riset strategis yang sangat signifikan bagi peneliti pendidikan vokasi Indonesia untuk berkontribusi dalam wacana global yang masih terbuka luas.
