Perkembangan dan struktur riset embodied conversational agent pada konseling digital

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis 249 artikel jurnal terindeks Scopus periode 2021-2025 yang diperoleh melalui strategi Boolean pada istilah embodied conversational agent, conversational agent, dan virtual agent yang dipadukan dengan istilah konseling, kesehatan mental digital, dan dukungan psikologis. Analisis bibliometrik dilakukan menggunakan Biblioshiny (paket Bibliometrix R) dan VOSviewer, mencakup analisis performa (tren publikasi, sitasi, Hukum Bradford, Hukum Lotka), analisis struktural (co-occurrence keyword, thematic mapping, tiga-medan istilah), serta analisis kolaborasi negara. Hasil menunjukkan produksi ilmiah tumbuh dari 27 artikel pada 2021 menjadi 83 artikel pada 2025, didominasi oleh jurnal rumpun JMIR (JMIR Formative Research dan Journal of Medical Internet Research masing-masing 24 artikel) dan penulis dari Amerika Serikat, Inggris, serta beberapa negara Eropa dan Asia Timur. Analisis co-occurrence memperlihatkan tiga klaster tematik utama, yaitu klaster teknologi-percakapan (chatbot, conversational agent, artificial intelligence), klaster klinis-demografis (human, article, female, male), dan klaster modalitas pengiriman layanan (mhealth, mobile health, telemedicine). Peta tematik menunjukkan mental health, artificial intelligence, dan conversational agents sebagai tema dengan sentralitas tinggi namun kepadatan internal rendah, sementara depression, anxiety, dan cognitive behavioral therapy menempati posisi motor theme. Tidak ditemukan satu pun artikel dengan afiliasi penulis dari Indonesia, yang menandakan kekosongan kontribusi keilmuan nasional pada bidang ini. Temuan tersebut menegaskan perlunya riset ECA berbasis konteks budaya dan bahasa lokal, khususnya di kawasan yang secara empiris masih absen dari peta pengetahuan global.
