Teknologi konseling digital: pemetaan perkembangan riset pada basis data scopus (2021–2025)

Abstract
Penelitian ini memetakan perkembangan riset global tentang teknologi konseling digital periode 2021–2025 melalui analisis bibliometrik. Data ditarik dari Scopus menggunakan kombinasi boolean yang mencakup istilah online/digital/e-/cyber/internet/web-based/virtual/remote/tele-counseling beserta variasi ejaannya, lalu disaring berdasarkan tahun terbit, jenis dokumen, bahasa, jenis sumber, dan tahap publikasi. Hasilnya 569 dokumen yang dianalisis dengan Biblioshiny (Bibliometrix R-package). Produksi ilmiah memuncak pada 2022 (127 artikel), menurun ke titik terendah pada 2023–2024, lalu naik sedikit pada 2025. Sebaliknya, rerata sitasi per artikel per tahun terus menurun, yang menunjukkan momentum melambat meski volume dokumen bertahan. Amerika Serikat, Britania Raya, dan Jerman menjadi negara paling produktif, diikuti Iran, Kanada, Indonesia, dan India. Analisis Bradford menemukan 47 jurnal inti yang memuat sepertiga literatur, sementara Hukum Lotka (β = 3,74) menunjukkan produktivitas penulis sangat terkonsentrasi: 92,5% penulis hanya menyumbang satu dokumen. Peta tematik menempatkan klaster "covid-19/pandemic" sebagai tema motor yang matang, sedangkan klaster "controlled study/randomized controlled trial" berada di kuadran niche, menandakan desain eksperimental ketat masih menjadi ceruk, bukan arus utama. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa bidang ini sedang beralih dari respons darurat pandemi menuju konsolidasi berbasis bukti, dan mulai membuka jalan bagi modalitas berbasis kecerdasan buatan percakapan. Implikasi teoretis dan praktis, keterbatasan, serta agenda riset masa depan turut dibahas.
