Online counseling dan digital mental health: pemetaan tren dan arah penelitian

Abstract

Penelitian ini memetakan struktur pengetahuan global bidang online counseling dan digital mental health melalui 340 artikel jurnal terindeks Scopus periode 2016-2025, diperoleh melalui strategi Boolean pada istilah online/e-/internet/web-based/virtual/tele-counseling yang dipadukan dengan istilah kesehatan mental dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Analisis dilakukan dengan Biblioshiny (Bibliometrix R) dan VOSviewer, mencakup analisis performa (tren publikasi, sitasi, Hukum Bradford, Hukum Lotka, model siklus hidup) serta analisis struktural (co-occurrence, peta tematik, tiga-medan istilah, tren kata dari waktu ke waktu). Produksi ilmiah menunjukkan pola tidak linear: relatif kecil dan fluktuatif pada 2016-2019 (8-20 artikel per tahun), melonjak tajam pada 2020 (38 artikel) bersamaan dengan awal pandemi, mencapai puncak pada 2022 (59 artikel), sempat menurun pada 2023 (40 artikel), lalu kembali naik pada 2024-2025 (47 dan 51 artikel). Jaringan co-occurrence memperlihatkan dua klaster besar, yaitu klaster praktik konseling-klinis (mencakup online counseling/counselling, cognitive behavioral therapy, depression, anxiety) dan klaster modalitas pandemi (telepsychology, telehealth, telemedicine, covid-19). International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, JMIR Mental Health, dan Counselling and Psychotherapy Research tercatat sebagai jurnal paling produktif. Amerika Serikat mendominasi produksi ilmiah (110 dari 340 artikel), sementara Indonesia muncul pada 9 artikel, seluruhnya terbit pada 2021-2025 dan sebagian besar berasal dari jurnal berjangkauan nasional-regional dengan sitasi yang masih rendah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi Indonesia pada bidang ini sudah mulai tumbuh namun belum menjangkau jurnal inti internasional yang menjadi pusat gravitasi keilmuan bidang ini, sehingga menyisakan ruang pengembangan riset konseling daring berbasis konteks lokal yang lebih terintegrasi dengan wacana global.
